I decided that I want to pimp my apartment a little so I thought I could use a little inspiration from you guys.
I imagine that some of your gaming rooms contains more than just a Raspberry Pi and a TV so let me see how your RETRO Gaming Room turned out.
I wish to be inspired by your gaming posters, action figures, wall stickers, ceiling light, furnitures, carpets and other merchandises or anything else you can think of.
      Thank you for participating :)

@brigane I only have a 2 room apartment so I have to get a little creative with my available space. I can't dedicate a whole room to (retro)games, but I do have a nice self designed tv / gaming cabinet I finished building yesterday. I will upload a photo tonight when I get home.

My wife is all in handcrafting geeky things.
          Amongst them are :

          • complete game screens or just characters made with hama beads
          • custom game goodies (for example zelda map) in diamond-painting
          • geeky cross stitch

          All of this pixel-art oriented.
You can see a few examples here : https://www.deviantart.com/acidezabs/gallery/

@bobharris I also only have a two room apartment so I'm not trying to make it super geeky. I'm just looking for ways to decorate it.

Instead of having everything in one room, it's spread out over a few locations.

                Bedroom (Main)

                • Raspberry Pi 2: Temporary until I clean my shop and fix up my arcade cabinet.
                • Wii
                • SNES Mini
                • PS3

Unofficial Game Room (Technically my grandparents old area)

                • Pi 3: Not working due to losing an SD card to my dog Zelda.

                Living Room

                • Wii U

                • Atari Flashback

                Basement

                • Xbox 360

                • Original NES

                • Atari 2600

                • Arcade Cabinet (Not working currently due to flood last year)

I have few decorations in my gaming rooms. Mostly plain some stickers here and there though. I did however snatch these Smash Bros posters before Club Nintendo closed it's doors. The Zelda poster I got at a Five Below a few years ago.

Took me 2 weeks from first design to the last layer of paint. Quite happy with how it turned out. All the cables run straight through holes in the cabinet. I've only got a Pi 3B hooked up to it. My living room is for modern gaming, where I've got a home theatre, ps3 and a nice easily movable wheel & pedals setup.

When I'm not playing the brown sheet covers the whole cabinet to make the room a bit more feng shui and also to keep the dust out.

@markyh444 I'm really sorry, she used to sell just a few sets some years back because people asked her, but now she does it mostly for fun, and often uses it as gift for friends and family.
As we grow older, we have less free time, and she doesn't take orders anymore. That's part of life I think :/

@sano that is a shame. I really could do with those amazing Lucasarts ones in my life!

Those are really nice. I constantly have to restrain myself from buying these because I know I wouldn't stop. Still, there's one I couldn't say no to. I've had him for a few years and I still get a kick out of seeing him on my fridge.
