    My Roms dont make it past the main menu of each game i load...

      Pi Model or other hardware: raspberry pi 3 model b +
      Power Supply used: Vilros Supply Cord
      RetroPie Version Used (eg 3.6, 3.8.1, 4.1 - do not write latest): 4.4.2
      Built From: A pre-installed 32 gb SD card from Vilros
      USB Devices connected: none
      Controller used:USB snes controller from vilros
      Error messages received:n/a
      Log found in /dev/shm/runcommand.log (if relevant): its says 'failed to open /home/pi/RetroPie/roms/gba/Pokemon - Emerald Version (USA, Europe).srm : No such file or directory
      Guide used: n/a
      File: all games with path beginning in /home/pi/RetroPie/roms/all the games and roms
      Emulator: all emulators and games
      Attachment of config files: (PLEASE USE PASTEBIN.COM FOR LARGE LOGS)
      How to replicate the problem:

        We don't support pre-installed images - please install the RetroPie image from retropie.org.uk/download and then re-try.

            @mituI am currently downloading the retropie os off of the link, but I would need to wait until tomorrow to get a USB to connect onto the raspberry pi itself.

              Definitely. Retropie is free. If you paid, sadly you have been scammed. The only way to setup is to follow the easy setup docs on here.

                Most 'pre-installed images' are classed as shovelware. Cram as much as they can onto an SD card with no actual effort in getting it running correctly first and with minimal, if any, after sales support including systems that most people won't want or even use and also won't take full advantage of t he RetroPie

                Some systems are as 'proof'. It works but don't expect much, if anything from the emulation. Good examples are 3DO or SEGA Saturn and PSX2. They WILL run, but not at any speed worth trying to play
