PiGRRL 2 PiTFT help
-
Hello,
I need some help with my 2.8 PiTFT resistive display with the PiGRRL 2 project. I've followed the instructions, imaged the SD card using Etcher for RetroPie, but when I do the command prompts below it hangs on Configuring PiTFT.... and I have to shut it down.
cd
sudo curl https://raw.githubusercontent.com/adafr ... ft-fbcp.sh >pitft-fbcp.sh
sudo bash pitft-fbcp.shNo matter what I try, it will not go past this point and the screen stays white. I went as far as to manually download a driver for the screen, but after doing this I lost my HDMI to my TV for setup and everything was on the PiTFT, which was great as I could now see the RetroPie menu, but as soon as I went to a command prompt (F4) I would briefly see the output then it would just go white again. I've re-imaged the SD card multiple times, and the same result occurs each time. Any suggestions?
Setup:
Pi3
2.8" PiTFT B+ resistiveThanks!

The Adafruit site has a troubleshooting guide, the white screen issue is addressed there.
