Skyscraper update-scrapping

Hi! Not sure, if I understand the skyscraper-concept correctly.
What I do: For each platform I want to scrap, I start Skyscraper and specify, how the platform should be scraped.
Then, to update, I run skyscraper -p <platform>, right?
But I'm not sure, what happens here. Will it search for data that hasn't been found before? Can I tell it to just update the skipped / not yet found data? Can I tell skyscraper to go through everything and update only the games (of all platforms) which haven't been yet scraped?
Can it e.g. only update the unset titles, the unset descriptions, download the not yet downloaded videos for all platforms?
How would I do that?
