GBA Pokemon Fire Red Wild Modifier not working

Having problems with codes (tried for hours, even with .gba rom V1.0 and V1.1)
The codes found here work: http://www.bsfree.org/index.php?s=26&d=8&g=12271 -> they just do not include any "wild modifier" codes (which Pokemon appears in the wild).
I know that GameGenie is NOT supported (I have a retrostone fyi)
So I have found these: https://www.ign.com/faqs/2004/pokemon-firered-version-action-replay-code-list-550048
-> above are Gameshark v3 codes I believe. However these also do NOT work.
Any help?
