Can't start games with 'press start' to start a game = exit

Hi,

I have problem with gamepad/hotkey button.

firstly I configured a xbox 360 gamepad.
It worked properly. but suddenly I can's start games when I have to press 'start' to begin a game.

I don't know what I did wrong...

Can somebody help?

You press A to start a game from Emulationstation, not Start. Doesn't Start bring up the Emulationstation menu ?

@mitu I can't start games with 'A' when they ask tot press start...

@DaMota What games, who are 'they' ? Please add some context to your problem as directed in https://retropie.org.uk/forum/topic/3/read-this-first. Have you mapped your buttons correctly in Emulationstation ? What game/emulator, etc.
