Best way to play Amiga? Amibian vs Retropie Amiberry vs UEA4arm?

Alright i'll just stick to retropie then because i can emulate others too like commodore 64 etc...
does amiberry run the games in adf format??
My amiga games are adf with multiple disk...is there a way to make that easier and neater?
So i dont have the game listed a bunch of times in a row in emulation station cause of disk1,disk2,disk3 etc.. lol

@RetroFreak89 yes, depending on filenames. Disk1 , 2 etc should work. Been a while since I tested. But not all games support multiple drives so a whdload set up is even better in the long term. There's some threads on the forum I think with some guidance.

With Retropie the best thing is Amiberry with WHDLoad files in .lha although you can also use other types of files and general the .uae files for game configurations. https://www.facebook.com/groups/AmigaRetroPieWHDLoad/

@VictimRLSH IMO an easier way if you don't want to sink too much time into it is to put the adfs into a single zip file. As far as I can see (I've only just discovered this so I've only just started playing around with it) amiberry loads all the adf files as different disks, and it means there's only a single entry for the game in emulationstation.

Of course this should all be used as a last resort if you can't find a Retroplay Whdload version of the game

Cause most of my amiga games are adf files..
Does amiberry play adf i dont think it does?
I would have to convert them? Or do i download the wdhload version of the game by googling it?

@RetroFreak89 removed They're lha files (which is an archive format popular with Amiga enthusiasts for some reason) that can be dropped straight into the retropie roms folder. They simulate a hard drive install of the game so load quickly, launch straight into the game (so no messing about with clicking icons in workbench), and often have extras like cheat modes built in.

There are Whdload versions of almost every major commercial game, and quite a few popular PD (public domain) games, so hopefully you'll find one for most of the games you want to play.

@BuZz Sorry, but just so I'm clear in future, the search term I mentioned is the name of a popular curated set of files that are available in a number of locations, not a website. Is it OK to give the name of the set, without any advice on how to find it, as I do think this is useful information in this context? If not that's absolutely fine - just wanted to check.

@ObscureUsername I'd rather you didn't. The rules are not there so people can play the game of "hinting" where to get stuff. People need to legally obtain their own games.
