Z3735F Linux vs retropie

Hello, was someone using a similar set?
unfortunately, the psx emulator works tragically 30-40 fps: /i use last version retropie with xubuntu 32 bit version

Z3735F : unlock 1.8 ghz
2 gb ram

@adiif1 That's normal. As i said a few times on this forum, playing psx on a x86 cpu with a frequency below 2.4Ghz is unrealistic. Psx runs fine on rpi because there is an arm dynarec, but there is no such thing for x86. From an emulation point of view, with the number of emulator having arm dynarecs and no x86 dynarecs, your board is worse than a raspberry.

I actually looked up dynarec on the web before noticing your link (reading posts until the end can be helpful). Interestingly, the Gametechwiki entry seems to be a 1:1 copy of https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dynamic_recompilation, or is it vice versa? :)

Seems like the c0 might be faster, however hardware support for the pi3 might be better.

strange thing because I have drops fps on pi3 + A on full hd

Performance wise, playing in full hd isn't recommended on any of those boards.
