Music Visualizations and Screensavers for KODI

I know this was asked before, but I've had some different issues trying to get this to work. (I'm not a KODI power user, and Google's failed me.)

I may be posting in the wrong site; and if I am, my advance apologies.

This isn't a major issue, but I'd like to add audio visualizations/screensavers to my KODI port on my Retropie build as extra 'window dressing' when KODI's loaded. Sadly, the repository I've been directed to, 'popcornmix', has been fruitless. Either that particular repository no longer works, or I'm doing SOMETHING wrong. (Personally, I'm betting on the latter.) KODI says that it'd failed to download/extract the zip file, either after downloading it straight to KODI, or from a flash drive.

Any help would be appreciated, and thanks in advance.

I'm using a Pi 3B, a 5v/2.5a plug, a 32gb card, RetroPie 4.4 / KODI 17.6 (If that helps.)

@Spectre979 Most of them, the ones that are compatible with the RPi, are available in the repos, as debian packages. In a terminal, do something like this to search for Kodi packages:
apt-cache search kodi*
Then you can install the ones you want with:
sudo apt-get install kodipackagename

This is more or less explained in the RetroPie wiki I believe. Sorry for the low information and formatting, I am lunching and on the smartphone.

(Ten hours later) I got them to download, but they won't show up.

(sigh) Oh well, thanks anyway.

After you install what you want you just need yo restart Kodi, and they will show up in the respective addon category. Them you just need to installl them.

I'm sorry, I should've been more specific - I downloaded them through the command line, but they had these 'X' icons next to them when I found them in KODI.

Either way, though, I FINALLY got that popcornmix repository to work. (I don't know exactly HOW I did it, it just… worked this time.) It isn't much to look at, but I'll gladly take what I can get.

@Spectre979 That X icon in Kodi means that the addon is installed but disabled. Just press the "Context Menu" button ( "C" on a keyboard, right mouse button, gamepad and CEC depend on the remote) and enable it.

(hmm…) I could've sworn that the 'enable' option was grayed out the last time I tried that.
