Pi Cade screen not working

So i have been trying to get my old picade working but every time I try to turn it on, the screen just stays black.
i have uncommented the force HDMI hotplug thing witch didnt help.
i have tried a new hdmi cable didn't work
Tried a different power supply didn't work
And the light on the button board keeps changing from red to green.
