Hatari Prefetch Mode

I noticed some games like Blood Money and Test Drive require prefetch mode to be enabled on Hatari. But this system option does not appear to be saved in hatari.cfg. So even though I enable prefetch mode and save my configuration, when Hatari restarts, prefetch mode is disabled. Is there a way to start Hatari with prefetch mode enabled?
