I am running retropie version 4.4.4 and no scrapers have been working. The internal scraper hasn’t been working so I decided to try Steven Selphs scraper. When I use this scraper I constantly get errors and nothing gets scraped. If there is a way to fix this please let me know.

Please add more information about your set-up, as requested in https://retropie.org.uk/forum/topic/3/read-this-first.

Can you give an example of what ROMs are not scraped ? Maybe an output log from the scraping session ?

I used Skyscraper within the last couple of days and can confirm it was working beautifully.

I am using a raspberry pi 3 b+, running retropie version 4.4.4 and using a 16gb sd card. Not a single rom has scraped and some of the roms I am running are super Mario bros 3, pac-man, doom, street fighter 2, donkey Kong, and a couple Pokémon games (blue, silver, and emerald)

@Chewie Did you configure the scraper to look at ScreenScraper.fr as the source of info, instead of Thegamesdb ? Change the Console Source to ScreenScraper in the GUI and re-try.

              Console Source

If it doesn't work, then post the actual error you see on the screen.

Or use Skyscraper, which is also available in RetroPie.

It worked for most of my games. Thank you so much. Although for some of my games I’m getting an error saying no hash found. I have no clue what this means. If there is a way to fix this please let me know.

It means the ROM file has not been registered in the scraper's site so the site doesn't know which game it belongs to.
