    Hey there,

I just tried to download lr-desmume2015 through my Pi 3 A+ but I got an error message that read:
"Error running 'git clone --recursive --depth 1 https://github.com/libretro/desmume2015.git
    /home/pi/RetroPie-setup/tmp/build/lr-desmume2015' -
    returned 128"

Any ideas as to how I would go about fixing this error?
    Many thanks

Is the Pi connected to the internet ? Do you have enough space on the card ?

@mitu Yea I have the Pi connected to my home Wi-fi and have more than enough space available on my SD Card.

@Jelliott64 Then please add more info about your system, as requested in https://retropie.org.uk/forum/topic/3/read-this-first. Something else is missing, since I can install it fine on my Pi 3B.

@mitu Ok, this may sound strange but it is now working...? I must have been having some internet issues earlier. There is another issue though, none of my 5 DS games will launch under Desmume 2015...? It comes up with a 3832 Segmentation fault in the runcommand.log file

That usually means the ROM is incorrect or not supported by the emulator. Add more logging by selecting Verbose Logging from the Runcommand launch menu and you should see the full emulator log.

Just tried it with a fresh ROM from my cartridge but still crashes out to the game selection screen

@Jelliott64 It looks like the ROMs are not at fault, but the emulator is not working with RetroArch. Try using drastic, has better compatibility and it should run on a Pi.

@mitu That's what I have been using. The only reason I wanted a libretro core was because my pi would often crash when launching other games/emulators after using Drastic. If there is a way to completely unload Drastic after closing it that would be great but thanks for your help 👍
