      Hello

I am a teacher and new to Raspberry Pi/RetroPie. My class and I have built a RetroPi arcade to serve as a fundraiser for our school. We have everything working in terms of Buttons, Roms etc... The only issue we are having is on our XinMo 2 Player controls.

All the buttons are mapped correctly however the Axis are the same on both joy sticks (if you move left both players move left etc). They are both mapped to +/- 1 and +/-0

I have spent the last 3 days going through many different posts and blogs and walk throughs and have no luck fixing this last and final issue. With all the students and I trying different fixes we have probably put in over 50 hours trying to fix this last issue.

If anyone can help it would be greatly appreciated.

I have tried the Kernal fix - but that bricked our system. Some solutions got player 2 working but then player 1 stopped, some solutions just stopped all controls.

I have put in the usbhid code.... As I said the buttons are fine its just The Axis that are being duplicated.

      I am using
RetroPie 3.7 on a pi3. We are using XinMo 2 USB with 2 joy sticks...and have looked and triple checked the wiring.

I apologize if this has been answered, however every solution I tried just did not work for me.

In addition to the above if I do run the ushid quirks fix. I can get it to recognize as two controls in emulation station and also running jstest.

However in that scenario the second joy stick just doesnt work in Retroarch to set it.
