      In older versions of retropie you could use scrapped images without a xml gamelist.
      I remember that i´ve only have to put them on a subfolder called "images" inside the roms folder for each system.
      Is it posible in lastest version?I can´t make it work.

        @qqplayer you've always needed an xml gamelist if you want images.

          Well i honestly dont understand this changes.
          Now i have 8000 c64 roms and 8000 pngs correctly renamed who shows perfectly on retropie 2.3 without .XML
          I've tried three diferent scrappers no one works with commodore 64.
          The only solution is make 8000 copy pastes on a XML?

            @qqplayer you can generate the xml for your images with sselphs scraper: https://github.com/retropie/retropie-setup/wiki/scraper#sselphs-scraper-advanced-configuration
