KIOSK mode... exiting??

after trying to play SEVERAL games with no success due to only being able to see 1/3 of the screen gameplay , I was curious and tried KIOSK mode and now I cant return...Ive read many forums and tried to reply but were too old of posts so I started this one....Ive tried the configuration mode with a keyboard but the characters displaying on the command prompt dont match my keyboard...I tried the "kanomi code" (u,u,d,d,l,l,r,r,b,a) but it says to do it in any "ES ui" screen...please explain what that means {{ Alternatively, you can use a pre-defined passkey sequence that you can enter while you are anywhere in the ES ui }}
would also like help getting the game to fit into my screen properly

is where you see all your games. Press the start button. That is the start menu. Then press up, up, down, down, left, right, left, right, b, a, start.

@ironpic you have the konami code wrong. It isnt l,l,r,r.
