I am properly shutting down my system using the quick menu and selecting shutdown system. Once the pi shuts down it immediatly begins booting again. Any suggestions on how to stop this? Using pi 3b+. I also am using a power source with an on/off button. Got it from gearbest.com. not sure of the brand. Running retropie 4.4. UPDATE! Found shutdown to work using a 5v 3a power source with button. Not sure why it doesnt work with all other sources.
