Pi Model or other hardware: 3 B+
Power Supply used: Official Pi mains.
      RetroPie Version Used : 4.4
Built From: Premade image from Retropie website.
USB Devices connected: iBuffalo SNES USB controller
Controller used: iBuffalo SNES USB controller
      Error messages received: None
      File: Defender
      Emulator: lr-freeintv
      Attachment of config files:
How to replicate the problem: When playing Defender on the Intellivision emulator everything loads up just fine. When I move the craft upwards to less than halfway up the screen, the craft just explodes. I also note that when not playing the game and it's just in demo mode it will also do the same. I have tried several ROMs of the game all with the same results. I also tried several other games and they all seem to work just fine. I have tried both my USB iBuffalo SNES controller and also two USB wireless Xbox type controllers, controlling the game with both the d-pad and the analogue stick.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled the emulator from both binaries and source and have also tried removing any custom retroarch configs in relation to the emulator but with no results. I have checked the runcommand log and there is no error message there, nor have I made any custom alterations to the retroarch config for this emulator.

@thestarglider lr-freeintv is a relatively new emulator that still needs more development. I would recommend leaving an issue report on it's GitHub issue tracker.
