MY RETROPIE FAILS TO CONNECT BLUETOOTH OR USB DEVICES

so i have a big problem it is that my USB keyboard or my Xbox 360 wireless connector is also USB will not work because it fails to connect any devices.Can somebody help me fix this if you know? it used to work just fine and my raspberry pi is the raspberry pi 3b+ and lastly it wont with anything with the USB ports or use Bluetooth stuff

@Sades160 Please give more details about your system, as detailed in https://retropie.org.uk/forum/topic/3/read-this-first. An Xbox 360 controller does not have bluetooth, you need an USB adapter for it.

Well what kind of USB keyboard?
Just a wild hair, do you have the xboxdrv installed? It could be interrupting the connection.
Do you have any overlays enabled on the /boot/config.txt?Are the lights illuminating for any of the devices?
