Getting AV to work with Raspberry Pi 3B
-
The adapter I got is this one... Conwork 3.5mm Stereo Male to 3 RCA Female Splitter
I read that sometimes the ground and video positioning of some of these are incorrect. Is that the case in this one? I can't find a layout for it. Also if so would I just have to switch and solder those 2 or is there more to it? Thanks. If I left any info that might be helpful out please let me know.

@OrehRuoy What exactly are you trying to do ? If you want to connect - via the 3.5'' jack - to a TV, you'll probably need something like 3.5'' to RCA Male.

that cable seems to be wrong, this image illustrate the pinout of the raspi:
not in the picture, the xbox 360 e av cable also works and is very easy to find.
then, if you don't have your own idea or specific configurations for crt, you can use @ghogan42 configs here: https://retropie.org.uk/forum/topic/11628/240p-and-mame-scaling/12
or mine here: https://retropie.org.uk/forum/topic/18624/custom-configs-for-crt-using-the-built-in-composite-out -
@Sakitoshi I didn't know you could use the xbox 360 e av cable. Heck i didn't even know how it looks like until now. But it all makes sense.
That you for the heads up!
