I have just finished a project for horizontal arcade games and fancy doing one for vertical games such as Pac-Man etc.

Woodworking is out of my league so I would like to find a flat pack kit to build but cannot seem to source one, anyone have any ideas on where to get one in the UK, I’m sure I am not the first person to build a pi vert cabinet...

      Emulators: All of them...
Roms: Pretty much all of them...
Favourite games: Circus Charlie, Gorf, Gauntlet Legends
      Controllers: Mayflash F101

One alternative: I built mine into an old iCade shell like these: https://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/thumb/6/65/ION_iCade.jpg/800px-ION_iCade.jpg

The controls aren't awesome, but it's certainly a shortcut. You need a screen (ones used for repairing old iPads, or I use a 1920x1200 one) and matching controller board, and you need a USB controller card. There are several Instructables on how to do it. I've actually built two, and gave one as a birthday gift to my nephew.

try https://www.arcadeworlduk.com they sell good arcade parts at reasonable prices and they do have kits ready to assemble, both flatpacks and joystick/button kits.
