Update retropie-setup and re-install mupen64plus and it should fix it (this was something that was fixed recently - it's due to mapping hacks required on old 8bitdo firmware.

Did you update retropie-setup script first ? Quick install is not the correct way to update - that is for initial installs. If you use "Update all installed packages" that will trigger a retropie-setup then update packages - or in this case you can update retropie-setup first then update just mupen64plus.

If you have edited mupen64plus.cfg you might want to remove it before updating so you get a default config also.

@BuZz I did RetroPie Update Script, then, Manage packs-->Manage main packages-->Mupen64-->Remove-->Install-->Update from binary, and i cannot exit with NES30PRO (rest of emus works fine) but with another pad i can exit with SELECT+START.

Please go into bluetooth configuration and change the setting of the "8bitdo hack" and try it again. Also make sure that is the only controller connected (in case it's to do with the order)

If that doesn't work please provide me the following config

                  joypad configs from /opt/retropie/configs/all/retroarch-joypads
                  /opt/retropie/configs/all/autoconf.cfg
                  /opt/retropie/configs/n64/mupen64plus.cfg

had you turned it off before? - it should default to on.

Yes, because when it says OFF it means "last firmware"

Unfortunately it seems this controllers latest firmware still requires the hack on. If you had configured joypad with it off you would have lost controls in retroarch also.
