Help required with Hotkeys

Evening guys. Hopefully I will get the help require with my hotkeys.
Im looking through my retroarch config file but there is nothing next to my enable hotkey section. It simply shows the following:
Enable other hotkeys.
If this hotkey is bound to either keyboard, joybutton or joyaxis,
all other hotkeys will be disabled unless this hotkey is also held at the same time.
This is useful for RETRO_KEYBOARD centric implementations
which query a large area of the keyboard, where it is not desirable
that hotkeys get in the way.
Alternatively, all hotkeys for keyboard could be disabled by the user.

I cant seem to find the option to enter the details of what to press to exit a game or what to press to exit a system emulator.
Any help would be much appreciated.

@Lugzyboy82 this is the same topic you opened a couple of days back, you shouldn't open the same topic over and over again and instead continue on your existing topic.

@mitu not really as this one is specifically asking for help with regards to the hotkeys, The other parts to my previous questions have been answered. This is a valid question that I still require help with.
