      Built From: Pre-Made Image from Retropie website
      USB Devices Connected: 64GB USB Thumb Drive (USB 3.0)
      Controller Used: Official PlayStation 3 Controller (connected via Bluetooth)
      Error Messages Received: None

      Emulator: PPSSPP
      To Replicate the Problem: Just try to do the custom bgm thing.

        I seem to have found it out myself. You need to put them in /ect/config/psp/ppsspp/MUSIC/OVERWORLD.
