First ever arcade machine build
-
[Just thought I'd share what I've been meaning to do for, oh I don't know, 10 years or more. That is build a simple arcade machine. I didn't want to build a full-on stand-up cabinet but something simple (and portable) to begin with that was just super cheap. So, this build is made from a throw-away piece of an old kitchen cupboard and some off-cut pieces of board from my school's D&T department. All electronics came from Wish apart from the flush cables that offer HDMI and USB3.0 on the side from Amazon.
Like I said, it's my first ever project like this and so I know it's not perfect. I've already thought of a million things I'll do differently on the next one I make. I have to say though that it would have been a zillion times more difficult if RetroPie didn't exist, so thank to the RetroPie team for doing their thing!]See the photo montage progress: (https://1drv.ms/u/s!AukPXy13nLF5l_krlc1mFsh5NYuV0g?e=0slhBg)
