Player 2 xin-mo
-
So I used to have 2 players set up for the xin mo but had to reinstall. Now I cannot for the life of me get the 2nd player going. I have added to the cmdline.txt and gone into the retroarch configuration, set it to save upon exit which it does, set up the buttons but then go ito a game such as sfiii3 and only player one can start?? Pressing tab in mame does nothing. For retroarch emulators, is the select key for coin ?
Driving me nuts! Do I need to install a kernal for the xin mo? It seems to recognize and save the 2 players controls but doesn't work in game.??
Cheers!

You mean it works when you configure it in RGUI?
RGUI -> Settings -> Input -> Input User 2 Binds
When you configure the player2 buttons does it work?
If yes, it seems that the problem is only with the index...

Yup configuring is fine. It recognizes the buttons no worries. In advance mame I can press tab and configure there and player 2 works.. In libretro emulators however, nothing? Thanks

Well no such luck. I really dunno what's going on 😢😠only thing different to last time was this time I selected update all installed packages from the setup menu. This is almost the finishing touch lol

@camo200sx when you run the joystick selection tool, how many joysticks it shows?

Xin MO #0 and xin MO #1 set as player 1 and 2. I'm gonna reinstall again without updating anything and see how that goes. Just gotta get a new card reader as mine broke

Thought I'd post an update here. Super stoked its all going first pop after re-installing and doing everything as before EXCEPT updating packages. This time I'll be sure to clone my SD frequently before any major changes. Thanks for all the help fellas!
