When I try to watch a Youtube video on Kodi (Raspberry Pi), That's longer than like, 4 hours, I'll get an error saying, "Playback Failed- One or more items failed to play." I am a total noob at programming, so try and find a simpler solution.
      Details:
Model: Raspberry Pi 3 Model B
      Version: Recently updated
Power source: Duracell Extendable Charger, plugged into TV.
      TV model: element
      Kodi version: 17.4 Krypton

I tried your solution and I still get the error message. I'm sure I have a strong connection.

Latest available version of Kodi on RetroPie (based on Raspbian Stretch) is 18.2. Update your system and try again. If the problem persists, please post a Kodi debug log: https://kodi.wiki/view/Log_file

@TheRetroGamer How did you install it in the first place ? If you installed it from the RetroPie-Setup packages, then any system update would also update Kodi.

I changed my mind. I'm better off watching on the laptop.

@Rascas My version of Kodi is 1.87. But YouTube is still not working. What should I do?
