      Really like this design.
      I think you could easily throw a plexiglass cover over the top of that, and then you could throw a printed control panel overlay that sits between the base and the plexi top cover.

      Do you think you could extend those plans to a simple possibly modular monitor frame?

      Something like a bartop that is 3d printable?

        @Twitch0815 Hi, thank you !

        I don't think I can extend it to add a monitor: the largest parts my printer can print are about 22cm2... I could think of how to it with small parts only... But it would be really difficult (and the screen would be probably pretty small).

          @caver01 Thank you !

          The "move head" for player buttons is actually an accident: I had to do it because player buttons where too long to feet in the box like other ones...

          But I'm glad you like it :)

            Yeah, I read your description of that. I just liked the attitude--rather than a complete redesign/rebuild, you just worked out a solution and moved forward.

              @zippy1978 that thing is awesome. I don't have access to a 3D printer, but would you be interested in selling just the printed pieces?

                Hi @chigundo,

                Why not...
                Do you already know the colors you want ?
                And could you tell me in which country you live ?
                With that I could give you a price...

                  What was your cost outside of the 3d printed parts?

                      @zippy1978 no clue on colors but assuming the cheapest option for now, what would just the printed parts shipped to USA be, Connecticut 06117

                        140€ should be enough for pla (2 colors : one for top parts + one for bottom parts + lid) + printing + shipping.
                        That is about $157.

                        Colors can be anything from this selection : http://www.ldlc.com/navigation/neofil3d+pla+2.85mm/

                          @zippy1978 I'm looking into fights ticks for my next build. What would the cost be in the UK please?

                              I'm not sure to understand what you asked me...
                              Do you want to know if I can print a box for you ?

                                  Here it is : https://romtastick.grousset.fr
