How change the main retropie from chenese to English?

Hi
I buy some raspberry with retropie from china
When I go for example to retropie tab or for example Arcade tab I see chenese language

I check the roms. All the roms is English
But inside the retropie it's chenese

How I switch this for English?

I try with "localtime/localzone" in raspi-config
Ita not help me...

@Henadarr Sorry but 3rd party images are not supported here. Please start with a manual install of stock retropie and we would be glad to help you get started.

What you mean 3rd? It's retropie for sure. The language is chenese. I only want change it for English my friend

@Henadarr RetroPie isn't in Chinese by default. They included a modified RetroPie which we can't support (it's also against the licenses of software included in RetroPie to distribute it with a commercial product).
