PC Engine Controller Layout in Docs

Hey guys and gals, the image in the docs for the controls of PC Engine in the docs has the right button labeled as Y when I'm fairly certain it should be A as it shows in the RetroArch controller configuration. I don't have the ability to go about fixing that but thought it might confuse some people making custom configs.
Also, is there anyway to download the generic controller images used for those pages? I would like to have a cheat sheet for friends when using my build to show which buttons correspond to the original paddles.
