Did I break Skyscraper somehow...?

I realised that my C64 library was in a mess so I started over with other game files and there were a lot of them. Since about 80% was changed, I decided to delete the cache/c64 folder since that info wasn't used anymore and just taking up space.
That has worked before, but now (with 3.4.2) the scraping immediately halts with:
"Couldn't calculate cache id of rom file '', please check permissions and try again, now exiting..."
Can I reset the cache somehow?
