Texmaster on Retropie 3B+

I've followed the instructions in this forum post get texmaster on retropie but I can't get it to show up on the selection screen. I've checked and rechecked all my directories and have done everything to the letter but it won't show up. I'm using a rasberrypie 3b+ if that helps.
Anyone have any ideas. What can I check and what have I possibly done wrong? -
Did you have any ports package installed ? If you don't, that might be the reason the system doesn't appear (with your game).
Try installing one of the smaller ports - likelzdoom- this will create the folder and the necessary configuration to show up in EmulationStation.
