Why not buy a kit - eg https://www.amazon.com/CanaKit-Raspberry-Complete-Starter-Kit/dp/B01C6Q2GSY/ (others are available - would solve the issue of not getting the right components)

              see https://retropie.org.uk/documentation/building-your-own-retropie-machine/ also

What country are you from ?

You would need a USB plug that can provide enough power - a mobile phone charger would not do - eg you need something like 5v 2.5a

here are PSUs from that site

You could use a cheap adapter as both those Power Supplies support 100-240V or if you want the PSU with the correct plug without using an adapter you will need to shop around as this site seems to have US plugs.

Don't know is the USB charger will be ok. It's got a high enough rating, but it depends if it can do that on a single port or not.

I use sanDisk Ultra sdcard - which seem nice and quick. Don't get a cheap no-name one.

If it's on the list then it should be fine. I don't have any of them.

A network cable would be handy, especially if you're going to transfer your roms via the network.
