I have a pi 3b powered by the dual usb output rechargeable battery pack. i wired in an on/off switch. i want to connect the adafruit speaker bonnet, a 3.5 LCD screen, an analog thumbstick and 5 buttons, 2 of the buttons are leds. I want to use a teensy 2.0 to communicate to the pi. Since the speaker/amps need 3v3 and 5v, i'm going to need to find another way to power either the leds or the amp. i'd rather not wire in another on/off switch for the other usb output from the battery pack. to power either the extra 5v needed for the speaker (i can grab the 3v3 from the pi) OR can i move my 2 led buttons to the teensy? can it also supply power for those through the USB to pi connection? to illuminate them? (they are currently directly connected to the GPIOs and they are using that 5v pin that i need for the speaker) also, does the teensy need wired to a power supply? or does it power itself from the pi to usb connection?

I appreciate your time and THANK you for any ideas,
      Lee
