Could not finish installing retro pie

I was following a tutorial on youtube here:
and got to the point to setup. I got a notification something about DL desktop (can't remember exactly what" and it said to disable it in advanced options. I believe I did that but now when I try to go back to the setup I cannot reach the screen to install. Any help or ideas please? Forgot to mention its the Pi4 B -

A youtuber that did no research using a guide from another youtuber that did no research is not the ideal way to get your setup going.The only valid options to install retropie on the pi4 are the weekly builds or the official manual install guide.
