Hiding emulator tag in All Games tab

Hello,
I am currently attempting to simplify the names of my games in the "All Games" section. As it is right now, each game is formatted as follows:
"Game Name [Platform]"
So, for example, Pac-Man shows up as
"Pac-Man [MAME-LIBRETRO]"
I'm wondering how I can hide the [MAME-LIBRETRO] tag in all the games so that it only shows the game names in the list. -
With a recent EmulationStation version, there's option to toggle the system display name - look under 'Other Option' configuration menu.
