Eduke32 repository fails. New Repository listed on wiki.

Eduke32 build fails because the svn checkout fails with an error. The eduke32 wiki shows a new git url for the source download.

@gderber thanks. Will look into adjusting the script to the equivalent commit as the old repo (as the latest version needs further changes).
