appendconfig / dev/shm/retroarch.cfg?

Some of the games that I try do not load and exits on launch. I went to /dev/shm/runcommand.log and it said appendconfig / dev/shm/retroarch.cfg Is this the problem? If so, How can I fix it?

No, it's not from that configuration file.
Enable verbose logging in the Runcommand launch menu and post the log file (/dev/shm/runcommand.log) on pastebin.com.
