Transfer riles to nes SD card

I don't know if this has been asked but if I use win32diskmngr to read my current SD card to make an image file on my computer would it contain everything I already have on the SD card like games and save states in order to not lose anything going onto a bigger SD card???

Yes, using Win32DiskImager will make a copy of the entire card. If you move it to a larger card you will need to choose to resize the image when you write it back. That option is under the raspi-config section.
