@UDb23 There is no statement on that site saying it actually contains any games or Retropie. There are links to a list of games that are known to be compatible, but it doesn't look like they are actually included. This statement is at the bottom of the page:

"RetroPie is an open-market software that cannot be sold and is distributed free of charge by the website of the respective owner"

I think it might just be a console with instructions for downloading Retropie, or contains scripts to download and install Retropie. I've seen something similar with Twister OS. Yeah, it's a bit shady because they are using Retropie to market it, but they MIGHT be legit legally.

@VictimRLSH If you go to the store page, you can see they have a list of games and the instruction manual says explicitly that you 'turn it on and play the games':

It's true that they mention RetroPie on the store page but don't say any if they're using it underneath. Looking at the videos, I see that they use the RetroPie's EmulationStation fork (which is ok), a popular theme that's specifically non-commercially licensed and the presence of the Ports folder (which AFAIK is specific to RetroPie, neither Recalbox nor Batocera use it).

The manuals they have for the different editions of the console (Arcade/PS1) don't mention any image installation or how to install the games, so I presume both are included with the device.

I think it's just a scammer that sells preloaded systems - likely based on RetroPie.
