Is there anyway to play PV-1000 games?

I saw a image of a version of dig dug which was pretty interesting, apparently this version is for the Casio PV-1000 (which I Didn’t even know existed) so I attempted to find a rom for the game to try it out but I can’t seem to find any roms or even a emulator that plays PV-1000 games
Any help would be great
