      I'm new to all of this so bare with me... I've recently purchased my first Raspberry Pi and installed Retropie, all good so far! I'm now looking to build a briefcase arcade machine type thing. Need an LCD screen but don't understand how to set them up direct to Retropie? Is this even possible like a plug in and play?

        If the LCD screen plugs in via HDMI, then there's nothing to configure - it should work similar to a TV/monitor.
