I'm having trouble with the RetroPie "system" and USB mount. For some reason it doesn't show in the carousel. I did edit my es_systems.cfg but I did not take the retropie portion out.

Pi Model or other hardware: 4B 4gb
Power Supply used: Villros 5v 3A
RetroPie Version Used (eg 3.6, 3.8.1, 4.1 - do not write latest): 4.6.something
Built From: retropie-buster-4.6-rpi4.img from RetroPie website
USB Devices connected: AmazonBasics keyboard, WD Black Game Drive Portable External Hard Drive (2TB or 5TB)
      Controller used: 8Bitdo M30 or SN30 Pro
      Guide used: https://retropie.org.uk/docs/Running-ROMs-from-a-USB-drive/#automatic-mount-easiest-method
Attachment of config files: edited es_systems.cfg: https://pastebin.com/zhJXm2s1 EDIT: retropie is the last entry

Do you have the retropiemenu folder in the retropie-mount folder on the USB ?

@mitu yeah, that's probably it. I'll have to check it later.

          It's always something so simple...

@mitu okay so I see three when I browse the card (Windows 10 with Linux File Systems for Windows by Paragon). Does it matter which one I copy over?

You need to copy the /home/pi/RetroPie/retropiemenu folder.
