I make a video to demostrate this bug:

I am using the composite cable to use a CRT TV and a RPI 3+.
On config .txt im using sdtv_mode=18 cause im in Europe and this sony in ntsc mode only do monochrome (i dont know why btw cause my other tvs do well in ntsc but are not good as this one).
Besides this bug is everything working perfecly no flickers, image is solid and stable, im pretty sure is in 240p.
The bug makes the image not filling the screen and even if i try the image will not stretch at all, weirdly in NES emulator i dont have this problem, it do the zoom when i press "scaling" option but somehow is not giving me the blackbars.
Hoping u guys can help me with this one.

Edit: I was able to make it work with all emulators i have besides megadrive/genesis with ntsc version (non europe), with pal (europe) versions the proportions are right.

FIX: It was a shader that mess with resolution
