Hi everyone. First off, I wanna say thanks to this very kind and helpful community. You guys/gals are just great.
I'm at the midway point in my full scale Back to the Future arcade cabinet build, with hopes to have it completed by Oct 21 (Back to the Future day)
My question is if anyone has come across any BTTF attract mode themes?
I have a bunch of great video splash screens thanks to this community. But I am having a really hard time editing the cosmo theme to fit to my needs. So I thought I would reach out and see if anyone knows of any already made BTTF themes.
Thanks again for the help everyone. The future is what you make of it

You can try https://github.com/RetroHursty69/es-theme-BackFutureSweet, not sure if it's in the RetroPie's setup to install.

@mitu This is emulation station though. I'm looking for attract mode themes if possible. Thanks for reaching out though. This is definitely better than nothing.

@mitu I installed this theme but there aren't any images or sounds in it. Its just white letters on a black background. Surely that's not how its supposed to look. What did I do wrong?

Just download the theme as a .zip file, unpack it, then copy the resulting folder (with all it sub-folders) to \\retropie\configs\all\emulationstation\themes. You can then choose the theme from the EmulationStation UI Settings menu.

@mitu thats what I did. It still looks the way I described, DO I need to scrape it or something? I have no issue selecting other themes, but the BTTF theme doesnt seem to work

@Jeff No, scraping doesn't help for the theme's display. It works for me, with the latest version of EmulationStation available in RetroPie. What version of RetroPie/EmulationStation are you using ?

@mitu I see what I did. I got it to work. Thanks for the help. Would you have any idea why my video snaps for game previews are working in Attract mode but not emulation station? I would love to use this BTTF theme all the time but trying to find a game to play without preview is challenging.
                    Again, thanks for your help
