      Hi my retropie 3 when I turn it on has red light on inside but not in outside and doesn't boot what could be issue

        Check in https://www.raspberrypi.org/documentation/configuration/led_blink_warnings.md to determine which problem you're facing.

          It doesn't blink at all I've opened it and plugged in and put power cable in and red light is on then when I turn it on nothing happens

            No diagnostic led blinking usually means the sdcard cannot be read.

                Make sure the sdcard is properly inserted. If that doesn't work, try reading it from your PC/computer. If that doesn't show anything, then you'll need a new sdcard.

                  Just to let you know, I had a similar issue that was really frustrating.

                  Long story short - it turned out to be an incompatible SD Card. The SD Card still works fine in other devices I have, but refused to work in the Pi4

                  I followed many helpful tutorials about editing files to get the display working, tried other imgs, spent a long time trying, but it was something about the no name SD Card that gave me misery.

                  My personal experience.
