new to retro pie. what do I do on this screen?

Hi. I am totally new to all of this. I was wondering when this screen shows what is it we are to do? The top line of the screen actually says line 26 no such file or directory...

@yogibear looking at your image, it looks like a 3rd party one and not the official one. If that's the case, only the creator can assist you. Nobody would ever know about that setup.
