Can You Customize the Widget Info Onscreen?
-
For the most part, I like to keep my setup in kiosk mode with very little to no onscreen text or anything that would take you out of that classic console feel. I make one exception, which are the blue widgets for the cd-rom based games like PlayStation for example (where I use m3u files to load multiple discs). It's VERY handy knowing which disc is in the tray.
The only problem is, it seems like a new feature has come along in one of the recent updates where it also tells me what controller I'm using in an onscreen text pop up at load (IE: 8BIT SN30 Plugged into Port #1). To me that's not useful and I'd like to get rid of just that (but keep the disc try info that pops up at launch). If I turn off widgets, they both go away. Is it possible to JUST get rid of the controller message, but keep the tray info message?

No, it's not possible right now.

Ah, I see. No big deal, I can live with it. Perhaps that'll be a feature in a future update. Thanks as always!
