SD card image problem
-
So I don't have my raspberry pi yet but I already flashed the image to the SD card with win32diskimager. After I did that it just shows that the entire capacity is around 250 mb with 200 mb free. Originally I tried balena etcher but that gave me a bsod. Is this normal or did I mess up?

@bagel-le-stinky It's normal, the raspberry images contain 2 partitions: the boot one (fat32) and the "OS" one (ext4). Prior to Windows 10, Windows had no support for multiple partitions on USB Sticks/Memory Cards and only see the 1st one. On Windows 10 you should get two "drives" from that card, the second one being recognized as "unformated"/"damaged"/"not containing any filesystem"/"whatsoever" (Windows don't support *nix filesystems) - if that's the case, just decline the question to format it.
Edit: And yes, the boot partition is around 250MB (256/255?)...
