    Anyone had any luck loading Mattel Aquarius cassettes?

      I can boot to BASIC, type CLOAD and Return and hit F2 to start the tape, the screen brings up the counter and the Aquarius says "FOUND #####", but when the tape finishes nothing happens and I can't type anything else.

      Raspberry Pi 3b and 8GB Raspberry Pi 4, both running Retropie 4.7.1 installed from scratch using Raspberry Pi Imager, with wired keyboard, wireless mouse and double arcade joystick attached.

        @jimmyfromthebay ....hmm....don't think I've ever tried cassettes.

        I have always used the *.bin (-cart) files. They auto load and run upon launching.

        I'll see if I can find some cassettes to test with. Last time I looked at TOSEC, there weren't that many cassettes for Aquarius but there are quite a few *.bin cart files.

          @dmmarti The MAME softlist only has about six games on cart (the other carts are utilities), and 35 on tape.
